AI Disclosure and Automated Communications
SynAgent is operated by Your Media Inc. SynAgent is a business communications platform that allows customers to deploy digital employees for inbound and outbound communications, lead qualification, appointment booking, routing, follow up, and related workflow tasks.
When a customer uses SynAgent, callers, leads, contacts, prospects, or other users may interact with an artificial intelligence system rather than a human representative.
SynAgent may be used to power voice based and text based business interactions, including customer service, lead response, qualification, scheduling, routing, reminders, follow up, and related communication tasks.
AI outputs may include spoken responses, call summaries, transcripts, routing decisions, suggested answers, workflow triggers, appointment prompts, and CRM updates.
Customers may not use SynAgent to deceptively represent that an AI system is a specific real person when that would be misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, or likely to confuse the recipient in a material way.
Customers are expected to configure their digital employees in a truthful and responsible manner.
Customers are responsible for determining when notice must be provided that an interaction involves AI, recording, automation, or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
Where applicable, customers must provide legally sufficient disclosures and obtain any consent required by law before using AI driven communications, recordings, or automated outbound calling.
AI generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, incorrect assumptions, or outdated information. Customers are responsible for reviewing system configuration, knowledge sources, scripts, escalation rules, and actions taken through the platform.
Customers should not rely on SynAgent for legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, emergency decisions, or any other high risk use without appropriate human review and safeguards.
SynAgent may not be used for unlawful telemarketing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, deceptive practices, unauthorized surveillance, political abuse, emergency service disruption, or any use that violates privacy, telecommunications, consumer protection, employment, or other applicable law.
Customers must have all rights and permissions required to use any voice, name, persona, script, content, or branding uploaded to or used with SynAgent.
Customers may not use SynAgent to clone, mimic, or simulate a person’s voice without rights, authorization, and compliance with applicable law.
Your Media Inc may investigate suspected misuse of SynAgent and may suspend or terminate accounts, campaigns, numbers, integrations, recordings, or platform access where we believe misuse, unlawful conduct, or material risk is present.
Call Recording and Communications Compliance
This section explains important compliance responsibilities for customers who use SynAgent for voice communications, recordings, transcripts, artificial intelligence driven interactions, and inbound or outbound calling.
This section is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of SynAgent complies with all laws, regulations, and industry requirements that apply to your business, your location, the location of the people you contact, the nature of your campaign, and the content of your calls.
This includes laws relating to privacy, consent, call recording, telemarketing, consumer protection, artificial or prerecorded voice use, do not call requirements, and disclosure obligations.
If you use SynAgent in Canada or communicate with people in Canada, you are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and provincial laws, including recording notice, consent, telemarketing rules, National Do Not Call List obligations, internal do not call requirements, exemptions, and recordkeeping where applicable.
If you use SynAgent in the United States or communicate with people in the United States, you are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws. This may include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal Communications Commission rules, Federal Trade Commission telemarketing rules, state privacy and wiretap laws, state calling time restrictions, state mini TCPA laws, and state artificial intelligence disclosure or impersonation rules where applicable.
Where required, you must obtain valid consent before placing calls that use an artificial or prerecorded voice, automated technology, or telemarketing content. Where required, you must also provide disclosures and an opt out mechanism.
Because state recording and consent laws can differ, you are responsible for using a compliance approach that is lawful for the jurisdictions involved in each call.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of artificial intelligence, synthetic speech, recorded messages, or voice simulation complies with all applicable law and does not mislead, deceive, or unlawfully impersonate any person or entity.
You must have all rights and permissions needed for any voice, script, recording, knowledge source, or persona used in connection with SynAgent.
You should adopt a compliance first workflow for each campaign and communication flow. At a minimum, you should confirm the lawful basis for the call, verify whether consent is required, determine whether AI or recording disclosure is required, check do not call obligations, honor opt out requests, maintain records, and review scripts for accuracy and fairness.
Your Media Inc may limit, suspend, or terminate access to SynAgent if we believe a campaign, script, recording flow, caller list, or use of the service creates legal, reputational, security, or consumer harm risk.
Questions about these terms may be sent to info@yourmedia.io.
